Manchester by The Sea

I don't know why this got nominated for Academy Award, it was a very depressing movie.  The story line was very hard to follow, it kept going to the past but it never said that like other movies do when they go the past.  Couldn't tell if it was in the past or the future.  I am giving it no stars because I kept looking at the time for the movie to be finally over.

I have heard and read a number of reviews of that movie. Not one was positive. Depressing and wooden were the most common adjectives used.
"Race has now replaced rule of law officially. In one speech our president has reversed 60 years of healing the racial divide and destroyed the dream of Dr. King. The result will be an exact reversal of the conditions existing before The Civil Rights Act. And the hardest hit will be the children in whose name the left always claims to act. Well done Obama". - Pendark

In general I never watch any movie that is nominated or wins an academy award, they are just not my type of movies. Thanks for the warning.
My brain is full. Can I go home now
