Shaggy , I'm not sure a reg cleaner is what you want.  It looks like you want to find out what is using up all your processes.   Like bbell says, you probably want to run msconfig to find any rogue programs.  We can get you into msconfig and you can post what's running on startup and somebody will be glad to analyze the processes running.
You get into msconfig by typing msconfig in the box after opening the "run" command.  If it's not in the list when you click on the Windows Start icon - right column - go into accessories and it will be there. This is all dependent on you version of Windows.

You really do not have that many processes running.  If you want delete CA and then go back in to make sure it is cut off.  If totally deleted then install another AV and firewall
