Sticky JPG file

I have a JPG file I downloaded. It does not create a Thumbnail, you can not delete it, or move it or rename it. How can I get rid of it? It does have an & in the name. Right click does not bring up properties or rename or delete.

I'd try unlocker most the time this happens when your file gets corrupted during a download. Also you might want to try in safemode.

It was an invalid file name. I did a mass rename and then I could delete the file.
