How PG-13 was it? My kids are asking me to bring it in for them to see tomorrow. Is there anything really objectionable about it or is it simply trash?

It's OK for kids, I just lost interest in it after 10 minutes of hollywood's CGI and gorgeous females in Spec OPs.  It's a movie for 12 year old boys who will dream about women they'll never have.

We watched it last Friday. It was all that I expected and less. The kids loved it which is to be expected. It has minimal plot, heroes and villains who possess extraordinary powers, and almost continuous violence, what's not to like? In fact, it is about as good as Transformers.

This movie was complete trash.  Like the other Hasbro piece of crap Transformers 2, PG-13 now means saying $h!t 20 times, sprinkling in a few GD's, and making sexual references at every conceivable turn.  On top of that, the story bites, the sFX were lame (that underwater battle looked like a cartoon), and the acting was horrid.  Bouncing back and forth in the timeline was confusing, and why did Sienna Miller change here hair color from bright blond to dark brunette?  If you didn't know who she was, you won't be able to follow the plot since she wore glasses as the Baroness and didn't as Hawk's fiancee.  The president had a British accent for crying out loud.  And, at the end, the "rise of Cobra" was laughably bad.  When he straps on that stupid mask and says, "I am now Cobra" it had all the excitement of watching grass grow.  Not for anyone under 13 and adults will find it useless drivel.  In the end, you'll want all the characters to die and, unfortunately, most don't. ))*^%$ ))*^%$ ))*^%$ ))*^%$ ))*^%$
