SMONI - Can not create empty document

I deleted something I should not have. I get this error message on startup. Any ideas?

Try this. Run the System Configuration utility (msconfig.exe) and start by unchecking all the items in the Startup tab. Reboot and see if you get the error. If no error then slowly start adding 2 items rebooting between the adding of the items until you find the culprit
