When booting up:  Error loading C:windows\WMsctse2.dll    the specified module could not be found.  End of message.
This file was previously infected by   Trojan.Zefarch Removed it with Symantec

I can't say that I have had a hell of a lot of success using it, but the Windows XP install disk has a Repair Console built into it. You might try using that to replace the damaged module.
This site is one that you can use. I would do a Google search to see if there are any others that you are more comfortable with.
